Discounts

Please read the description of the products to see what the discount rule are.

Order Status and Inventory Level

You may place an order at anytime.  We accept back orders for all our products.  You will be notified and instructed accordingly about the status of your order or back order.  In some cases, your order may be split and we will send you what is in stock and then your second order will be the back rodered product which will be shipped as soon as it arrives.

This system will give you up to date stocking information as well as stock soon to be received.  If we have placed an order with our brands the inventory level will show "Coming Soon."  If we have stock available to be shipped asap, you will see exactly how many of each product we have in stock.  If there is currently no order in place for an item you will see the message "Out Of Stock."  If you wish to order something out of stock, please contact your local REP.

Shipping methods

Please select the available shipping method and we will determine the cheapest shipping method. We work with all of Canada's shippers.

Payment

Currently we accept Cheque , email transfer and wire transfer due at the time of invoice.  In some cases we may accept credit card.

Late Payment

Late payments we be charged compounding interest at a rate of 1% per day.
