We will always do our best to support our retailers in any way we can.  We stand by our service and our product.

We provide a limited 90 day buyback guarantee for all our items sold.  As a part of our commitment to only bring retailers the best quality product we support our products with a 90 day buyback guarantee.  As long as a significant portion of the product remains, we will work with our retailers to either switch product or buyback the product.  We are confident in what we offer our customers.

Warranties

We support our brands to the very best of our ability.  We source and select only the products which we feel will bring value to both Canadian retail shops and also Canadians who shop at our partner retail shops.

We work to support our retailers through warranty protection against manufacturer defects.  We, through our brands provide a limited warranty to all our products against manufacturer defects.  In some cases, Inversion Industries will warranty products without the support of a brand.

Returns

For all returns please email service@inversionindustries.com for a confirmation.  All returned product receiving credit must be returned in the agreed upon condition.  All returns must be made to our Squamish warehouse at this address.
